Personal Feedback Prohibition
OwlEars is designed exclusively for collecting feedback about products, teams, businesses, and other non-personal topics. Creating boxes to collect personal feedback about individuals is strictly prohibited. This policy exists because personal feedback can lead to harmful situations including bullying, harassment, and psychological harm. Accounts found violating this policy will be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, your boxes will no longer be accessible, though some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

OwlEars is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
